Grocery days are the hardest. He would always greet us at the door, but on grocery days he'd also supervise bringing all the bags in, investigate everything, sit on the paper bags, go in and out of the closet as I was putting things away, etc. I miss him so much.

This is Kintsugi. She arrived at a shelter with a fractured leg. Her rescue sadly believes she was abused based on her behavior. Yuri is cleared to have the second surgery Dec 19th. There is some slow healing, but not surprising given he was dead for a bit there. No infection. No pain. To recap: he died during surgery, they revived him, he's now doing great. They'll re-run the bloodwork again day of surgery.
