I should also mention on the side that Mega Man 9 has some differences in the soundfont/song used between the Wii release and later releases, with the Wii having less accurate pulses (and even later releases having "too accurate" triangle waves). Mega Man 10 fixed most of these issues.

So, doing some research on Mega Man 9 again, found some cursed knowledge regarding Mega Man Legacy Collection 2: - The Wii version's sound data file, rockman9.brsar, is still present in the files of the Legacy Collection, despite it switching to a .XWB format. (Continued below...)

This isn't related to anything I'm working on (yet), but from both a hardware and UI perspective, the Switch 2's chat button seems so... pointless? In the sense that like, the functionality could have easily been fulfilled by holding the HOME button as opposed to pressing it, ala how Capture works.
