Didn't really know much about Mark when I encountered him in the early days of BlueSky, but he is a magnificent follow who picks up news from everywhere. My first ever substack subscription (not required for reading), and reading this I am proud to be a supporter. We need journalists like Mark. 👏👏👏

This expresses my views more eruditely and simply than I can... There has always been an undercurrent of racism in my lifetime, but over 60 years it became less and less acceptable. I am sad how quickly that trend has been reversed.

Filled in the form from my MP, - but it is so un-nuanced. Priorities include Brexit, immigration,NHS etc. A priority of mine is immigration, but that safe routes should be established and asylum seekers welcomed and rapidly integrated into our socioeconomic culture. Ask better questions?

From what I gather, European leaders are massing around Ukraine's leadership in the Trump meeting. Trump's only agenda is that he feels loved and respected because he was denied that as a child. Putin's win could be very short lived. 🤞🏽
