When the father of a murdered son makes a public statement saying "we do not want his death to be used to create further division, hatred or tension", then I believe it's incumbent on any news outlet reporting on Farage's comments to ensure people know he has chosen to disregard the family's wishes.

I don't think that there can be any doubt that this shift even further to the right is being spurred on by Elon Musk and his control of X (and backing for Restore Britain). It is the most glaring evidence of foreign interference in British politics. It's right there in front of us - and the Govt.

I am once again wondering whether "no, the legitimate concerns racists don't have a point, fuck off, they're racist" might have been a better way of combating the far right.
