As we gather today to remember the horrific events of 9-11 let us not forget the heartfelt words of our current president. "40 Wall Street actually was the second-tallest building in downtown Manhattan, now it’s the tallest.” Trump owned 40 Wall Street.

As Donald tries not to fall asleep this morning at the 9/11 remembrance, let’s not forget that he bragged that day about his tower in Manhattan becoming the biggest after the Towers fell. "…when they built the World Trade Center, it became known as the second tallest. And now it’s the tallest.”

Today we should recall that Trump claimed to have seen "thousands and thousands" of Muslims cheering the collapse of Twin Towers from Jersey City, an event that never happened, and also that he bragged in an interview that after the towers' fall he now owned the tallest building in Lower Manhattan.

A reminder of who Donald Trump is. When interviewed after 9/11, he wasn’t worried about people. He just wanted to brag about the height of his building.

Your reminder that on 9/11, Trump called into a radio station & noted his building at 40 Wall Street was now the tallest in downtown Manhattan. Oh and then all this too:
