Trump's weakness is in our faces. It's unmistakable. It's hurting us, our standing, our reputation, and we're neither trusted nor trustworthy. GOP elected officials realize this. Instead of Trump looking desperately for an exit from Iran, the GOP should be looking desperately for an exit from Trump.

Trump threw Taiwan under the bus - still hasn't approved their arms package; threw US farmers under the bus - still allowing farmland to be bought by Chinese nationals; and threw America First morons under the bus - where they live - by not moving Iran closer to conclusion. Trump lost. The bus won.

I still think we haven't seen a couple of the most brazen examples of corruption from Trump yet (although the $10B sum they're dickering about is a whopper) - but we will - and I still think that it's corruption, as much as wars, prices, and other kitchen table issues that will flip midterm voters.

Trump's face-paint was markedly more extreme than usual today. I would liken it to terracotta - a more brownish-orange than he usually is, eerily reminiscent of baked clay. Not a word about this on TV, of course, which has become the Land of Normalization.
