I couldn’t tell you why Sony’s disc-less future inspired me to buy the near entirety of the Star Ocean series. Maybe because they were cheap (got all 3 for less than $50 combined), maybe because I never hear anyone talk about these RPGs. But hey, now all I need is the original and the latest.

I haven't seen as many of his movies as I feel I should, but he was always memorable, commanding attention in that understated way of his. It made each shout all the more impactful. Rest in Peace Sam Neill. Farewell Dr. Grant.

So, Mega Man Network Transmission… I think I dig it. The implementation of chips is fun even if the randomness can make certain obstacles more of a pain. I like being able to find stat upgrades and Number Man’s shop made runbacks not so bad since I could buy more.

Tonight at 9pm EDT is the start of another new Mega Man game and I really don’t know what to expect as it’ll be my first time with Network Transmission! MegaMan.EXE as an action game didn’t really work on the Wonder Swan. Guess I’ll see if the GameCube will fare any better! twitch.tv/bitnerdgames

Watched the first episode of The Ghost in the Shell. I really like the playfulness of this one compared to past series paired with the 80s aesthetic. Has a faster pace than other GITS shows too. Curry Verdict! It’s…fine. I think I had too many vegetables that were too big that left everything a tad overcooked since I had to simmer an extra hour just to get the appropriate softness. It’s so close but it’s so intensive that I’ll probably hold off on making another batch for a while. 7/10
