On Lutnick's financial disclosure upon joining the Trump admin, he listed himself as a 'Director' of Adfin from 2017 through 2023. As of mid-2018, JE was still a 4.5% shareholder in Adfin. As Director, Lutnick would definitely still be aware of the big investors on the cap table.
