Gosh I really love my name. It's such a nice feeling to have a name that really feels like it's mine. Not just something I'm called. I don't dislike my old name, but until I found my name, I didn't understand what it felt like to really have a name. Something that feels like it's a part of you.

What I need is for men to have zero romantic or sexual expectations of me and just treat me like a normal person, forever. When I say “platonic,” I mean Imagine a “person” in your head, then treat me like that.

If you’re “not all men,” maybe be especially tender and accommodating toward women until further notice. Or, depending on your proximal women, get out of their way, or take up arms with them. Ask them what they need right now and do it. We are not ok.
