The trend shift in adults per family household is so insane. its even more insane that every important policymaker and economist thought we were slowly soaking up a glut of homes even into the 2010s. And itās even more insane that there are still supply-crisis skeptics today.

Just got word that the Tacoma planning commission advanced a motion to fully eliminate parking mandates citywide at their meeting tonight, by a 8-0 vote with one abstention. If implemented, Washington's second and third largest cities would have both beat Seattle to eliminating parking mandates.
