BREAKING: The Supreme Court has ruled in Medina v. Planned Parenthood, the case stemming from South Carolina's attempt to kick Planned Parenthood out of Medicaid. The Court rules 6-3 that Medicaid doesn't give individuals an unambiguous right to challenge this type of decision.
