Following the latest Epstein files release, DOJ is still violating federal law. The Justice Department was supposed to release the full files in December and explain their redactions to Congress by January 3rd.

The Justice Department continues to pursue prosecutions in the name of Donald Trump—not in the name of justice.

Key to the Fed’s effectiveness is its credibility and independence. Does Kevin Warsh have the guts to tell Trump his policy choices are wrong for the economy? Whether Warsh values the reputation and independence of our nation’s central bank will determine if he is the right choice for the job.

Secretary Noem and Stephen Miller are inflicting horrific atrocities on the American people. Instead of addressing it, the Trump Administration is raiding election offices. President Trump lost five years ago—and he’s still not over it.

The Flores agreement is the single most effective protection for children in immigration detention. The Trump Administration is ignoring it, detaining families for months, and denying food, water, and medical care. Senate Democrats just told the court it must uphold Flores.

The Trump Administration didn’t send ANY government officials to testify on Section 702 of FISA today. They’re already trampling constitutional rights. FISA expires in three months. We need answers.

Clearly, the Vice President has nothing better to do than to denigrate a war veteran and U.S. Senator. Senator Duckworth was demanding answers from Secretary Rubio before this Administration puts more American lives at risk to serve President Trump’s foreign policy whims.
