Don't forget that Zohran Mamdani spent his entire campaign standing proudly beside the trans community. He went to trans rights rallies just to show support. He proudly waved trans rights flags without hesitation. He refused to back down in support of trans rights. That makes me happy.

This is correct. Any candidate cynically “triangulating” on trans kids is a non-starter, and now is the time to say so. There’s still so much time to advance candidates that DON’T suck.

Democrats did not talk about trans issues... at all... during the 2024 campaign. They didn't talk about them in 2020, either. At no point in human history has the Democratic Party obsessed over trans issues. It's simply never happened.
