ICE agents detain people coming out from hearings at immigration court who have upcoming scheduled hearings. ICE agents unilaterally grabs them and drags them away. When people abiding by the law get arrested, and the government openly defies the law, it’s fascism.

Adrian Andrew Martinez, a U.S. citizen, tried to intervene as federal immigration agents questioned another man in a Walmart parking lot. ICE agents violently swarm him. Now missing. By law, he has a right to an attorney. This is how police states operate.
