My diagnostic spinal injection is in three days and I'm terrified. Not of the needle. I'm scared they won't be able to do it. My lower back is SOLID and it took them 5/6 tries to give me an epidural 4 years ago when my back was fine. I'm scared of the severe pain that comes with lying down, too. 😔
