I know its a staple of shonen anime, but there was a part of me that really felt like because of the setting One Piece would dodge the tournament arc trope. I was wrong 😂

Now that I have watched over half of One Piece, I can confidently say that the dorks online who try to argue power scaling *especially* power scaling in this story, are absolutely out of their mind.
