In a corporate owned care home, charging £1,800 a week. Residents face neglect/cruelty. Left in urine-soaked clothes, wet bedsheets, calls for help ignored, not showered for weeks, excrement in corridors, staff shortages. Cruelty is the norm when profits come before people.
