It was only two weeks ago when we first saw an ICE agent unholster his sidearm at Broadview. Since then, there have been many reports of agents directly pointing their guns at protesters. The escalation is escalating.

Historically, zones like this have always worked out well, preserved "first amendment rights," and never caused any additional problems.

There's various legal reasons why you don't use the military for law enforcement, but the largest practical reason is that wise national elites don't want citizens to think of the military as their opponent, because then who would enlist? We've recieved more photos from the inside of the South Shore apartment building that federal immigration agents raided over Monday night. Doors bashed in, window panes missing, furniture smashed, water on the floor. It's unclear what damage was pre-existing and what was inflicted in the raid.
