Gov. Walz decided against running for a third term. Lt. Gov. Flanagan has been running for the U.S. Senate and won’t be on the ticket. Don’t ever forget that Indigenous women make the difference.

Walz dropping makes a lot of sense for a lot of reasons, and rest assured he knows exactly who is going to run. And it’s going to be someone who, despite not having support from progressives, has demonstrated the ability to win statewide in big ways. No matter how any of us feel about it.

Reminder Minnesota: Congresswoman Angie Craig voted for the Lake Riley Act that took away due process from immigrants. She is partly responsible for the kidnapping of immigrants and families being ripped apart.
