Today, napari users canโt fully leverage Xarrayโs labeled metadata, as slider names, units & dimensions often get out of sync. Thatโs changing. At SciPy 2025, napari, Xarray & CellProfiler devs began a collab to build true metadata-aware visualization across sciences.
