Dear OEBB and SBB - if I request a wheelchair space on the train and tell you I'm a wheelchair user, why did you put me in a train carriage with an inaccessible toilet for this 3.5 hour journey from Zurich to Innsbruck?! The assistance was booked and they know I have a wheelchair AND YET. wtf.

I do not know what I am doing wrong but the ZVV drivers here in Zurich have exactly zero interest in doing their job when it comes to helping wheelchair users on board/off by deploying the ramp. 90% of the time I have to ask another passenger for help lest I get left at the stop or on the bus...

More and more of our membership-type magazines from charities are coming in compostable wrappers these days, which we're encouraged to put in home compost heaps or compost with our food waste via the council. Sadly our council doesn't take compostable packaging in food waste. Wish this would change
