A grubby, run-down local museum dedicated to a dungeon. A few broken ten-foot poles, mostly Victorian replicas. A copy of the book of poems written by some Byronic dungeon crawler in the 1700s. Early 20th century dungeon miners, staring hollow-eyed out of black-and-white photographs.

"OSR" is a bit like "roguelike". It was a thing that happened, then it was used for things like the thing that happened, then used by things that aren't at all like it but thought it was cool, and then used by literally everything to just meant "you'll die a bit more than usual"

Run a couple paragraphs I had literally just finished writing through two "Is this Gen-AI?" programs. One said there was 0% chance it was AI generated. The other said there was a 74% chance it was AI generated and thus no reputable publisher would touch it. Good times.
