After talking up my cooking game and planning to show off a bit, last night I finally got the chance and managed to take a recipe from this book “Keeping it Simple; Easy Weeknight One-Pot Recipes” and within 10 minutes needed help extracting the sheet pan from the oven and with putting out the fire.
