Driving up 280N and passed a white Tesla going fully 20mph under the speed limit, with BOTH “please be patient-student driver” AND “baby onboard” bumper stickers. Passed by, driver’s head is tipped back, mouth gaping open, for all intents this guy looked fully literally asleep at the wheel.
