Bit late, but I figured I'd pick out some works of mine from 2025 that I'm still proud of. Top of the list: my rather-belated op-ed about how Kamen Rider helped me process my recovery from my accident. It was tough to write; I had intended it to come out in 2024 (one year after my accident).

It's been kind of slow burn of year. I completed psychical therapy, and I'm proud of that, but it's mostly been a year of being there for others, like friends and family. I wanted to get better at posting, but I feel like I've kinda lost the sauce a bit. Here's to a brighter 2026.

Trigun WIP: focused on Vash for a bit, client switched it up and said to draw them as the more recent anime. Its interesting how they modernized his clothes with that baggy street wear silhouette but still managed to keep him thin built. That detail alone took me 6 drawings to figure out. #artsky

Almost done slogging through Great Dinosaur War Aizenborg (1977), and ep 37 sort of breaks the 4th wall by taking place at a tokusatsu studio called Monsters Production where an Aizenborg movie is being made.
