When you're working on your mental health (therapy/meds), my only advice: don't aim for zero. Aim for "less". You'll never bring the 10 to zero. But you can always make it better. Once you can recognize that, when you do have a bad day or moment, you can get over it much more easily. You got this.

I really do not think Remedy is gonna pull a No Man's Sky with this one. Definitely not the same way. In all honesty, they definitely need to switch to open testing in advance of the big updates. Use the Steam Beta program to get feedback on those changes, and have time to fix issues before release
