But seriously, this is a very interesting book. A fascinating premise to explore the dynamics of trauma in an abusive relationship. Though big ol' CWs to be clear, right from the start this is very much a story about someone being kidnapped, tortured, and raped.

Just finished week 7 of my LGS Pauper League in the lead at 45 points (15W-6L), playing my Soul Sisters deck. It's top 7 scores of 10 weeks, so quite a few people who missed weeks have a chance to catch up, but I'm still pretty happy with the result, and secured my place in the Top 8 tournament.

Just started rereading Daughter of Mystery again for like... the 6th time? I really like this book, and it's a shame I don't see it talked about much. The romance is a little reserved, but if you want a slow burn semi-historical lesbian romance, with rich people society it's great.

Started playing Solasta: Crown of the Magister, because it was in my meta's library (Steam Family polycule!) and it's kind of an Icewind Dale to Baldur's Gate 3, same turn based 5e combat, but less *cinematic* and more jank. Which is.... kinda exactly what I've been wanting lately.

Every time I play a more recent game with Modern Graphics I find it looks awful, and I have to spend ages working out how to turn off half the graphical features that make it look like a fuzzy blurry mess. Sometimes you can't even turn it all off, and the best I can do is weird dithering artifacts.
