In the UK trans men can continue to play football for the FA - as long as they out themselves - and sign a waiver acknowledging they are “female” and at higher risk of injury because “female” - and have their testosterone levels monitored regularly

If trans men wanted to compete as the men they are they would join the men’s category which is also sometimes the “open” category. They have to get therapeutic use exemptions for their testosterone and be regularly monitored. Now Jules’ TUE is verboten. He cannot compete.
