I’m old enough to remember when CBS News would never have surrendered to a demagogic president or any other politician. Remember Edward R. Murrow?

And lest anyone forget what Pam Bondi’s DOJ & the Trump regime tried to pull: they put out photos that had nothing to do with Epstein, redacted some of the faces of children, in order to imply that something nefarious had occurred. Meanwhile, it was a publicly available Getty image.

I am furious that DOJ ignored the new federal law requiring release of the Epstein Files. I am equally angry that so many in legacy media seem not to care. My latest for Democracy Docket lays out the case. Sign up now to access this and all premium content.

Well, congratulations Supreme Court, you are officially looked at as "bought and paid for" and corrupt. Im 50, and i thought that SC was the one layer of justice above corruption. When the SC approved Texas' racial redistricting today, I was DISGUSTED! We are going backwards

Wow, Adm. Holsey didn't leave of his own accord, Hegseth pushed him out. What looked like the SOCOM head resigning rather than do war crimes now looks like SecDef canning him to facilitate war crimes. Congress should have him testify, and would've already if war-crime-sympathetic GOP didn't run it.
