I slept 10 hours last night on top of the 3 hour nap yesterday. The neti pot helped some with my sinuses. I'll do that again today. I don't know what I have but it feels like a cold. I usually only sleep 7 hours max. Still stuffed up with plugged ears, slight shiver. No fever but I feel like it.

Since the pandemic I've masked in public, never got sick. Now that mom has passed as I was protecting her, I did not wear one at the grocery store. I'm regretting that decision as I'm coming down with something that resembles early symptoms of a head cold. Lesson learned!
