I think it's very obvious that AI "adoption" is nowhere near what tech companies want us to think it is, certainly by well over an order of magnitude, sometimes 2, and if investors realise this the money stops, so they resort to just replacing existing products with AI to inflate usage statistics.

I had a big injury back on 2020 because I overdid it and spent ~6 months unable to use my right arm. Learnt to use my left one, but had chronic pain all these years until last year when I started going to the gym (boo!!!!) Exercising does work, sleeping well does work!! Take care of yourself!!
