Having been on both sides (provider & pt) I favor universal basic healthcare,completely transparent fees/costs,govt pays for everything,all providers paid the same for given procedure/visit/code/drug, CMS/HHS negotiates all drug prices.Simple is better(witness the nightmare of Medicare "choice")
