One of my neighbors has been putting up these fish facts posters. All kinds of different fish, marine, freshwater, deep, shallow, all kinds. This is a good one. “Stg this real fish” took me out. Good work, neighbor.

This will go quite nicely with my McSweeney’s lunchbox with author baseball cards; love these novelties.❤️✨

There are the neighborhood dogs that I encounter in the park who are blatantly coming up to me for pets, and then there are the dogs coming up to me with a vibe of, “Wait, didn’t I see you at the John Mayer concert in Fresno in 2015?” 😂❤️🐶

I do this all the time but the bigger problem is that the stack isn’t physically present with me in the bookstore or library.

When you can’t pick a color so you (by definition of color components) pick them all… Pantone chooses white 'Cloud Dancer' as its 2026 Color of the Year

loading . . .
You read that white: Pantone's 2026 Color of the Year is 'Cloud Dancer'
This is the first time Pantone has chosen a shade of white. The company says it's "a lofty white that serves as a symbol of calming influence in a society rediscovering the value of quiet reflection."

Saw this tour in 2007 in Oakland. Best concert of my life not only because Bruce, but because due to the simple fact that I was single I was magically selected to move from nosebleed seats to the mosh pit. Great album.😂❤️

Chrissakes, just let the Buckeyes and Wolverines duke it out like a hockey game…every 3 1/2 minutes “unsportsmanlike conduct”. 🤦🏼♀️ (And yes, I’m aware of why they don’t like each other, my brother went to OSU 🙃)

seasonal reminder that if someone says they don't drink: -it's none of your business why -hosts should have several non-alcoholic beverage options -the holidays can be a tough period for non-drinkers -many jokes about not drinking are bad -people are burned out and might just be tired

Can’t think of a better grift than mandating 4 million kids to buy a book. And I can’t think of a better way than to keep most of them from reading said books. There’s gonna be whole TikTok accounts that’s just “here’s how you pass the test on this book.”

AT&T telling me that my bill is ready but not letting me pay it on the website or the app (just buffers and buffers) is definitely a ringing endorsement for automation.🤬 (And, yes, I tried doing this task on both AT&T internet and Verizon cellular, the irony.)
