A couple notes on last week's SNL repeat (S50E18, Quinta Brunson with Benson Boone). The "Next Week" tease was improperly supered over the "generic" bumper. You can see it before and after the tease. Then at the end, a card is inserted for AD Bobby Caminiti, who died last month.

I had a gf decades ago who was truly despondent at my (unfortunately persuasive) beliefs about the darkness of humanity (I was a way dark youngster). I finally realized that her identity as a person was 100% intertwined with her deep belief that ppl are basically good. It was a learning experience.

This is why there's still, after all these yrs, Dems/lefties who are not able to predict what Trump/magas will do, & are always shocked at how awful they are. I'm always like 'How did you not see this coming?' Folks seem incapable of grasping the concept of removing conscience from decision making.
