i know i keep going on about it, but when your life is small, nice things are huge. noodle salad for breakfast: still delicious! the extra MSG seemed to mostly cut the acidity? the dressing is different in a way i can't quite pinpoint. also wow i was wrong about these noodles. they're much nicer!

If you want to try my new very favorite, very easy to mix up dressing, here's the quantities I've been using. i misread the vegetable oil volume in the recipe I copied from, but tbh I think 1/3c is plenty. I usually go scant on the vinegar and a little more ginger, like 1.5-2 teaspoons.
