I'm skeptical that Trump's make Ukraine surrender plan wasn't real. Trump envoy Witkoff negotiated it, details and threats to Ukraine were public for multiple days, and Rubio didn't dispute it then, only after the plan got a bad reception and rejected by Europe. Look like attempting to save face.
