The comics I recommend to start Green Arrow. These stories have the best Green Arrow characterization. All written by Dennis O'Neil and Joey Cavalieri.

I love Tales of the Hundred Monsters Next Door bc it really is a well-done and beautifully illustrated horror. But big bonus points to the mangaka for deciding to give the story a gay protagonist who falls in love with an old man. Truly made for an old man truther like me.
