It is never an over-correction for constituents to choose to primary their representatives. The will of the people is what they are supposed to be representing. Primaries strengthen incumbents too, as long as they align with their constituents.

Paired with this view, I think House reps should get 4 or 6 year terms. They can't be constantly in election mode. That leaves them vulnerable. But that vulnerability, to their constituents' will, needs to be absolute at regular intervals. Primary them all. #PrimaryEveryDemocrat
