People without chronic pain shouldn’t be dishing out casual advice to those with it anyway. I know someone who thinks painkillers make you “weak,” that you just power through it. If you’re able to believe that, I doubt you’ve experienced more than a fraction’s fraction of what pain has to offer.

People think healthcare’s all universal answers. Sometimes my back requires a cane but if I use it too much, the muscles get weak and the pain worsens. Sometimes walking through the pain helps. An “either/or” approach just doesn’t work. But mine is just one case of countless unique cases.

Two things about this argument. Firstly, AI proponents are desperately trying to wear down your resolve any way they can, and they wouldn't be so keen to tell you it's inevitable if they weren't terrified of the push back. Secondly, all AI slop can be expunged given the time, effort, and drive.

Like, the fundamental thing with "AI" - it all starts with a massive and ongoing act of theft (or infringement, if you like). It's a few billionaire, or trillionaire, owned tech companies stealing everything we ever did then selling it back as a worse version of the work we all do.
