if the work is solid, verifiable, insightful, it contributes to our evidence base and we should welcome that contribution. triangulation matters.

i think regardless of who has authored a paper, we (the scientific community) can and should stop criticizing the work on lack of perceived novelty. we can do better than perpetuating harmful myths about individual scientific papers having to present a discovery no one has ever thought of before.

He's incredible. Been following Terence Tao's prodigious work since we now share a place (Adelaide) and wow his social justice conscience. Academics have a duty to stand up for the public good. *They* know and that's why they target professors, teachers and universities, schools amongst the first.

They always come for the schools.

All schools, high schools, colleges, universities should be doing this repeatedly and over time.
