One thing Rogue Trader made plain about 40K setting is that while the goals of the Empire and Chaos are opposed, the methods are identical. There's a point where the Adeptus Arbites want to bomb civilian structures to attack rebels and the Dogmatic and Heretic dialogue options are both "Great idea!"

Any game that takes more than 40 hours to finish goes in the bin.
