There's no other way to say it: This AP-NORC poll is atrocious for Trump. – Overall: 33-67 – Immigration: 40-59 – Iran: 32-67 – Economy: 30-70 – Cost of living: 23(!)-76 37% of Republicans disapprove of his handling of the economy, 47% disapprove on cost of living.

Do you know if you’re in Congressional District 1?📍 With fairly new district maps, it’s more important than ever to double-check where you vote and who represents you. It only takes a minute: 👉

Calvin Duncan (shown here on the courthouse steps with many supporters) was sworn in as Orleans Parish Clerk of Criminal Court today. Jeff Landry and Louisiana Republicans are trying to subvert his election by eliminating the office entirely, which should be a national five-alarm fire.

For a scene in the Quentin Tarantino movie "Hateful Eight" the Martin Museum lended a real 1870s parlor guitar. In the scene Jennifer Jason Leigh plays that guitar, and ends with Kurt Russell smashing it to pieces. But they forgot to switch to a dummy, so he ended up smashing a 150 year old guitar.
