I’ll be honest. I didn’t like this album very much. Maybe I got my hopes up with an album title like ‘Quest for Blood’, but this didn’t hit for me nearly as much as I wanted. It felt very low energy and timid, like it kept teasing something bigger that never comes.

So like...this was really close to getting on my shit list. The first half of this movie is so god damn long and NOTHING happens. Han gets freed and that's it. Great. Then when that's over, there is only like AN HOUR LEFT. And let me just say, I never felt comfortable with Leia's slave outfit.

I think I can say that this is for sure my favorite Star Wars film. A New Hope is great, but this just feels so much more intense. I love so much about this film, how they build so many character arcs, and how they just make everything have stakes and weight. So much of this movie works so well.

I don’t believe I ever said this to anybody, but I fucking hate Jack Black. I never found him particularly that funny, I’ve found him to be more of a caricature than a human being, and he’s a two-faced worm who’d probably sell his dog for a hamburger. That being said, yeah this move was fun.
