Wish we could move away from having to appeal to ppl on basis of migrant “contributions.” I don’t care whether or how much people “contribute” — we all need to eat, need healthcare, need a roof over our heads. Basic dignity shouldn’t hinge on a persons ability or willingness to “contribute”

if you're one person making a comic by yourself, don't treat yourself like you should function on the same level as comics that have multiple people working on them. your backgrounds can be squiggles and colors. allow yourself room to be abstract with details and give yourself some grace
