Seriously if you are making 50 solid pieces of art a year, that’s really good output. I call that full time. If these are freelance illustration pieces you should be getting around $1152/piece to reach 3x the average US rent for a one bedroom apartment. That is a modest, unselfish, living.

There should be way more comics about adults doing adult things. Most people are adults.
