Warlords of Draenor had a lot of problems tonally of course and also had a real rough time delivering content at max level but IMO Draenor is probably the best they've ever done zone-wise. the whole continent is A++

got nostalgic so i'm on WoW's free version running around Draenor and it's nuts how much of Shattrath City is fleshed out with falvor and NPCs and, IIRC, basically none of it is used for anything! real nice RP space i imagine, though
