Just watched BBC news section, on PM Starmer briefing today. A piece, platforming Trump's derisory comments on PM Starmer, a prominence it didn't deserve. A sneering remark at the end about the PM having no idea what is going to happen in the future. All narrated by Chirs Mason, of course.

#London Just spent 5 great days in London. So much evidence of kindness, consideration and respect from people of all sorts, races and ages. It was a brilliant place to visit - good public transport too.

So much truth in all this, Michael. I’ve stood alongside parents as they fight for what their child needs, and been frustrated by parents who berate us because of their perception of their child’s needs which doesn’t match what we see in school. I don’t know how this gets solved.

There will be a *lot* of noise on Monday about how any changes to SEND provision are unacceptable, or will leave children with SEND without support, or is cutting corners. In truth, some SEND support is a sop to parents who feel something should be done, and some does more harm than good.
