my brother is an amazon driver atm and NOT TO DEFEND AMAZON LOL but it's because the cameras are monitoring for talking on the phone, not singing. it amounts to the same but it's not a specific policy or rule against singing, it's more like because AI sucks and can't tell the difference haha

like in fairness talking on the phone while driving IS BAD and we should probably not be doing it, even hands-off. but yeah the issue is not amazon's rulebook, specifically, it's that rules often (esp in the presence of AI) overcompensate and catch way more behavior than is necessary
