For anyone thinking "oh well my stuff is safe" or "no worries I don't like dark content anyways" this is the kind of language used to ban stuff like hypnotism content on patreon and queer content in multiple places.

The fact that's it's not "promoting these themes is prohibited" but "having those themes is prohibited" worries me. That means that for example, games in which rape is written as a fetish and games in which rape is written as a serious trauma are both banned, despite the later being a way to cope.
