OK... Now, I have a soft spot for Rise of the Beasts, but honestly I don't like the thought of it being a sequel to Bumblebee. While it has done irreparable damage to the fandom (intro scene.), it was SUCH a nice, low-stakes, self-contained start to a new Transformers cinemaic universe.

In fact, I am going to sell off a lot of my Galaxy Defenders. Don't really need them anymore .. I'm jsut gonna keep the first three I ever bought, being Ironhide, Scavenger, and SG Sides, as well as OP, Golden Soundwave, my two Shockwaves, and Cheetor. THE REST I'M GETTING RID OF!!!!

I really love funky/one-off recolors. Since I have a G1 OP, I'd rather get Missing Link Sentinel Prime than OP, since that's pretty much just G1 Optimus Prime. I want that funny yellow guy! Same with Legacy Armada Prime ... I like the Commander Class but... I'd rather have the Nemesis Repaint!!!

I'm on an ongoing journey to collect one version of every "big" Optimus Prime (and OP-adjecent) mold. That includes all 90s/2000s ratchet-jointed figures and every (pre-WFC) Leader Class mold. I have RID 2001, RotF Leader, Lio Convoy, and my dad has some others.

Was at a friend's house yesterday and checked out his childhood toys display. His Supreme Class Cybertron Starscream (Platinum Edition) is collecting dust, lemme tell ya. My Transformers autism is so strong that I recognized ALL the figures he had displayed on his shelf.....

One thing I REALLY appreciate about Voltes V is there was NO ROMANCE PLOT !! I don't know.. It's kind of nice that nobody really was paired with each other - Jamie wasn't shipped with Mark or Steve. It's because the show focused on its running theme of familial connections in the midst of war.
