An order of #NintendoSwitch games came in this week from @strictlylimited.bsky.social. I made this order all the way back in December of 2022! Oh well, that happens sometimes when you buy something that has yet to be manufactured. Does patience pay off? I guess we'll find out when I play them!

I finished reading the #manga Devilman, one of the most depraved, violent, bizarre, and absolutely thrilling things I've ever read. Every drop of ink on the page pulses with the energy of youthful defiance. It's amazing. And then I watched the 2004 live action movie which sucks and is hilarious.

I've been to almost every #TFcon in Toronto but never done one in the US. Was hoping to go to #TFconChicago one day, but I am not that interested in visiting the US at the moment due to certain events. Too bad. This weekend could have seen the US premiere of "Secrets of the Ninja Transformers".

We're going to have a #Transformers cartoon for ADULTS now so that all the grown up nerds can finally stop being horribly embarrassed about their collection of toys. This is going to change everything. Soon Transformers fans will have earned the respect we crave that we never got from our dads.

Why is this the title of every anime now?

We were promised a rapture, but all I got was some soggy drawings. Disappointing! Not that I expected to be cleared for ascension.

So, hey, let's have some fun with this tragedy and see what art got wet during the flood. Here's a 1 page comic I sketched when I was teaching online and used as an example in a class for kids to demonstrate camera angles and storytelling. It's Pac-Man!

Yeah, so pretty much every piece of artwork I ever made on paper that I wanted to keep got water damaged during the flood last night. Not to mention someone package collectibles that I haven't opened yet and some video games. It ain't the end of the world we were promised, but I'm pretty dejected.

Gradius Origins is an awesome collection! The brand new Salamander 3 is worth the price of admission alone. It really looks and feels like a game released in the mid-late 90s. Hoping for another Gradius Collection with 4, 5, Gaiden, Advance, ReBirth, and some of those spinoffs and home ports.

After playing it for 2 hours on stream and barely scratching the surface, I can say that #Shinobi: Art of Vengeance is an absolutely rad game. It's a solid challenge so far, and it feels like there is a ton of content. Naturally, the meter reads 100 Ninja Power. Was there any doubt?
